Refund and Returns Policy

At Pouch Valley / Ardivor AB, we offer a 60-day right of return, provided that all conditions listed below are fully met.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, even if all return conditions are fulfilled.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return within the 60-day period, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 60 days from the delivery date
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds apply to the product value only. All shipping-related costs remain non-refundable.


Sale Items

Products purchased during promotions or sales are eligible for return unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Shipping costs remain non-refundable.


Exchanges & Damaged Items

We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@ardivor.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

If approved, we will replace the product with the same item or an equivalent alternative, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are not refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

For items with a value exceeding $75 (or equivalent), we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


3-Year Right of Complaint

General Right of Complaint

In accordance with Swedish consumer protection law, customers have the right to submit a complaint regarding a product within three (3) years from the date of purchase, provided that the defect was present at the time of delivery.

This right applies independently of the 60-day return policy and is intended to cover manufacturing or material defects.


Covered Products

The Right of Complaint applies to all products sold on pouchvalley.com, unless otherwise stated in the product description. It covers defects related to:

  • Materials
  • Manufacturing
  • Functionality

Exclusions

The Right of Complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by:

  • Improper use, misuse, or neglect
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections
  • Products that have been altered, tampered with, or disassembled
  • External factors such as fire, water damage, or natural disasters

How to Submit a Complaint

To submit a complaint, please contact our Customer Support at info@ardivor.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Supporting documentation such as photos or videos

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


Complaint Resolution

If a complaint is approved, Pouch Valley / Ardivor AB will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with an identical or equivalent item
  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

Shipping Costs for Complaints

If a product must be returned for inspection, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to our service center. If the complaint is approved, Pouch Valley will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.


Legal Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit or affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws and regulations.
